When the mountains call
The rainbow falls
From a sky
Of shining blue
Its at
The rivers end
The forests bend
All my dreams anew.

In the ragged call
Of a bitter Fall
Winters threat
Upon the air
I recall the taste
Of snowflakes haste
Sturdy breeze
Upon my hair.

The mountain peak
Where I try to sleep
Blanket wrapped
About my frame
In solitude
Of natures gaze
Glistening ground
Free of sound.
