Deep breaths and pants

Deep breaths and pants

Hopelessly Earth is waiting for the day to start,
waiting for the sun of the day to take part.
Use it to warm her land and comfort her ants,
these days the planet takes deep breaths and pants.

Tugged and pulled by gravitational strings,
the seasons circling the sun the path brings.
Scarred and bleeding the Earth shouts to scream,
comets and asteroids across her path, they stream.

Balanced in the cosmos the Earth she finds,
to its future she is misdirected and left blind.
The ants don\'t care of the destructive wounds they make,
excuses for the earthquakes that vibrate and shake.
Floods and winds to revenge the stabbing pain,
over and over the same routine happens again.

Earth, a dying planets existence so profound,
deep breathes and panting as she floats around.
