Tonight under the haunting stars,
and the transient moon,
where your face is a little far,
your absence a boon.
As I let myself fade away,
as a I let myself drown,
with the setting sun and its dying rays,
I shatter your soothing crown.
I walk back numbly to that house,
where your memories linger and scatter.
The fire of hatred I could not douse,
have burnt the joyous chatter.
Once again, your silence, makes my heart shatter.
As I bid a final farewell,
to that damned stairwell,
where you took your last breath,
me and alcohol, uncaring of health,
lie still and unconscious,
because here it all ends.
\"Nothing more and nothing less\"
I say, describing this mess,
I am glad you left me to die,
Ours is the perfect goodbye.
