Moscow Romance by Vlab Visotcki

I’s once walking around the capital,

Accidentally hit two passersby not fatal,

And  ended up in the police station for catechism,

I saw her — and momently  died  in…

I don’t know,what she was doing there —

Apparently, she came to get her  driver’s.

Young, beautiful, like a snowwhite…

And I surely decided her to find.

I followed instantly her, kept in mind her door.

How should I tell her: I’m a hooligan and more?

I had a drink — and invited beloved mine

To a restaurant near the station of railway.

Well, passersby smiled at her —obvious -

I  even wanted to  shout loudly “Help!” —

I punched one man in the face

For just winking straight at her.

I spread caviar on buns  for her,

Money just flowed like a flowing river.

I ordered such soulful songs for her!..

And in the end I ordered \"Moon River\".

I spoke without order or harmonious ,

Repeating myself over and over again:

«I haven\'t robbed anyone for five days,

My love at first sight! My love pain!”

I said that for me  life still  was not lost,

I blew my nose and cried in my scarf.

And she told me: \"I believe you, shap,

And I will give myself for a  best price\".

I hit her, the white bird, hit at once -

Hot red  blood boiled overnight:

I understood what she had been doing in the police,

My only soul love at first sight...
