A warmed house

A warmed house

You could never be the one I need,
never in my gardens head to plant your seed.
It would take a powerful might,
to break in and be in my site.

The wall I\'ve built is tall and thick,
the strength of solid metallic bricks.
It\'s a task to complete and comprehend,
any notion of your view you send,
to be a part of need, want, or desire,
to be the one that lights the fire,
warms the inner thoughts of self,
to give a man like me a sense of wealth.

You could never be the one I need,
this to you I must concede,
she has already left her marks on site.
Already occupied are all my nights.
An inspiration has taken its firm hold,
the ambers will never cool to cold.

You could never be the one I look to see.
Never be the one with whom I want to be.
You could never be a need I have each night.
It\'s not you but me and how I like my site.
Empty and alone to think my thoughts,
cold as she warms the inner spots.

I protect the ambers, I keep them close,
they bring life to my membranes house.
So turn now, walk and send from my way,
your sight to where another\'s thoughts they stay.
Never could you plant your seed.
Never could you be the one I need.
