Through

It didn’t look like progress

just turns and walls

and more turns again.

Some paths led nowhere.

Some led us back.

We doubted every step.

We almost stopped.

Not because we were lost

but because we weren’t sure

there was an end.

But we kept walking,

not fast,

not certain

just forward.

And now,

somehow,

we’ve stepped into the light.

Maybe the maze

was never meant

to trap us

just to test

how badly we wanted

to find our way.
