The best of men, the beloved of Allah,
Keeps his gaze lowered, pure in sight.
He turns from whispers of temptation,
And walks in faith, in God’s light.
No wandering eyes, no restless heart,
For lust is fire, and sin its art.
He honours women, guards their dignity,
Yet his love belongs to one, divinely.
His wife, his partner, his sacred trust,
In her he finds serenity, in Allah he must.
No fleeting desire shall sway his way,
For the heart obedient is never led astray.
He shields his soul with prayer and will,
His deeds reflect the Qur’an’s skill.
A man of restraint, of honour, of peace,
In God’s mercy, his blessings increase.
O seeker, learn from the righteous path,
For lust misguides, but faith will last.
The best of men, in both sight and heart,
Are those who fear Allah, and from sin depart.
