Lost
Hanging onto the broken shards,
frantically looking for my mind.
Piecing together the thrown cards,
all the tapes I still have to rewind.
Searching for the answers I\'ve lost,
turning the tables replacing the locks.
Sanity and train of thought the cost,
the elves still stealing my socks.
Confusion holds my point of view,
hiding and seeking games played.
Organizing the pieces I go through,
stuck in these for ages I\'ve stayed.
Brain frozen,
empty headed,
zoned out,
lost.
I know I had
I miss the memories I know I had,
the empty spaces looking back sad.
It\'s not the same the voices fade,
I can\'t hear the memories I\'ve made.
I\'ll turn and now she\'s gone,
all of a sudden distantly spawn.
Missing memories blacking out,
deathly quiet when the voices shout.
Looking back at the empty spaces sad,
I miss the memories I know I had.
Come find me
Reach my hand out palm to the sky
what I focus on raises, floats, and flies.
I can weaponize water and take away the air,
by clenching my fist and focusing my stare.
I\'m a mystic warrior forgotten by time,
locked up for a righteous crime.
I\'m serving willingly counting the days,
protecting the secrets of my ways.
Come find me,
and I\'ll help you rule the world.
The cat laughed
Trip, tip, drip, slip, dip, I fell in
Tripped over the cat,
tipped my drink,
dripped it ahead,
then I slipped,
dipping into the pool.
I fell in.
The cat laughed and grinned.
