The Madness of Civil Tongues

Disagree, but let it breathe first.

Wrangle ideas, not bitter fists up.

Disagreement can cure or consume us.

Speak with spine, not a sharpened edge.

Hollering melts your logic into haze.

Violence is fear with a broken mask.

Step from the toddler rage inside you.

Think slow; watch anger lose its teeth.

Reason digs deeper than bloody knuckles.

Civil tongues cut sharper than swords,

and maybe the quiet wins the war.

Chaos burns everyone, even those watching.

You’re alive—use a brain, not lead.

A speech is louder than a trigger pull.

Hold love for the fight of free words.

Souls grow where discourse fills the cracks.
