How many good things you did,
oh, my glorious lord.
From chains of sin you freed
just as you said in your word.
In the beginning, you were there
in the Eden, where we stayed.
When we sinned you asked us where
we\'ve been, not why we betrayed.
You were still there for us.
We were those who made the gap,
and kept sinning more thus
we fell into this endless trap.
But to be free he wanted us
and to be whole again.
So he sent his loved son Jesus.
Through him, our freedom we can gain.
He died to give us life,
he carried all of our sins,
he helped us not to strive.
With him, everyone wins.
