Your kindness is one of your best attributes,
but also your worst flaw.
You sacrifice genuineness, trueness and authenticity
for a feigned calm.
Just because the words you saying are nice,
does not mean you are being kind.
Without honesty or reflection,
you remain kind,
but lack everything else.
You would erase yourself,
in order to please others.
You weaponize your kindness,
you stay composed, gentle and reasonable.
But you are not speaking from your heart.
However,
you do not stay unaffected by your actions,
your kindness comes at a cost.
Your perfectionism, people pleasing leads you to a trade off,
you gain smiles of appreciation and gratitude,
but you lose your sense of self.
You feel the pressure,
you don\'t let it out often,
but I\'ve seen your true emotional state.
I wish you could stay true to yourself.
It is not kind,
to withhold your worries,
remove your annoyance,
to allow someone else\'s peace.
Your presence is just as worthy as theirs.
They would not do the same for you.
You deserve to be heard,
but you take pride in being opinionless.
I guess we are two sides of a coin,
I overexpress,
overshare.
I want to be heard.
But you hide,
and you do not need to.
You having reactions does not make you unkind.
You live to please,
and you probably see no issue with that.
Your presence should not cease to exist,
to make way for others.
