LOOKING FOR A ROOM

A salesman
Looking for a room
Sought out refuge
In a small town
The landlady said
With my son
You must share
A tired salesman said ok.

At my son
You may laugh
To which he said
I wouldnt do that
But he has no legs
The landlady said
No arms or body
It is so sad.

Let me see him
The salesman sighed
She called him
From his room upstairs
Down the steps
Pop pop pop
A massive eyeball
It did hop.

Past them both
And out the door
The salesman laughed
He could take no more
Dont be cruel
Landlady pleaded
My son is blind
His glasses needed.
