Jesus His twelve disciples sent
Out to preach gospel, not relent
Part of His words were, Think not you
To worldly way I bring peace true
For I came not to send peace on
Eart, but a sword, I be God\'s Son
For as Micah\'s* prophecy says
Conflict shall be sure in these days
For I am come to set a man
At variance, my gospel can
Set him apart from his father
And cause a division rather
And I am come daughter to set
Against her mother, shall be yet
And to set the daughter in law
Too against her mother in law
And a person\'s foes they shall be
Members of their own household, see
For people they not naturally
Seek gospel light, do not agree
Though blessed they who believe, they shall
Prosper e\'en in family well
My peace they shall know, but cross-life
Has its troubles, conflicts, and strife
