There is something wrong with me.
Sometimes my brain won’t be still even when it’s supposed to be.
Alcohol may stun it for a bit.
Then it reawakens to a synapses fit.
Why won’t it just be still?
It is my mind, it should conform to my will!
I don’t understand this inner turmoil.
The more I fight the more it boils.
