Where Hides My Fallen Autumn Leaves

where hides my fallen Autumn leaves?

somewhere inside a Libra

with my Cancer in her eyes.

somewhere above Jerusalem

too gentle are the giants

breeding apricots with horseshoes

as three wishes come and go once more

through harmony and verse

where the nettles settle deep beneath

one promise and a curse.

one million stars, each paranoid

each verse as sung once more, but still

our voices void of harmony

now your stockings hide the softness of your skin.

too many blessings counted, one by one.

I see Picasso in my lampshade

hanging high above the flute of Jethro Tull.

each cloud now reigns as heavy as a horse

each one as dull as metric sounds

bringing Christmas cheer with a red wine sauce

as angry as a buffalo

tossing sperm onto a lepers face

who shows so very little

of what I shall never know.

how curious my Ruminant?

two dancing twigs before the fire and the rain.

gods will no more than pigswill

chanting love songs through the pleasures of our pain.

no morning wood

no mourning sounds for the deadbeats orthopedic shoes

that walk with a comic book smile\'s incompetence.

my god, my primal scream.

somewhere above Jerusalem,

crawling with the Autumn leaves,

as pale as snow but still I know

the colour green

the long green sleaves of cotton wool

suggests my curiosity

brings us snow.
