Black Boss

The Black Boss, so mighty and grand
Ruling the office, with an iron hand
Or so they think, but really they\'re just a joke
Micromanaging, till everyone\'s broke

Their meetings are legendary, for all the wrong reasons
Egos inflating, as productivity seasons
They\'re the boss, just \'cause they know the right guy
Or maybe just \'cause they mastered the \"yes\" guy

They take long lunches, and leave at 3 PM sharp
While the rest of us grind, in their never-ending trap
But hey, who\'s complaining? They\'re the boss, right?
So we smile and nod, through the endless fight

Their feedback\'s like a puzzle, hard to decipher
But really it\'s just, \"You\'re not a winner\"
So we scramble, trying to please their whims
Chasing a dream, that\'s really just a myth

The Black Boss, a mythical creature indeed
A being of legend, with a heart of lead
But hey, at least they\'re consistent, in their crazy ways
So let\'s raise our glasses, to the reign of the Black Boss\'s gaze
