Heart on my Sleeve

Indifference

Most likely, you think I hate you

no, not hate, but worse.

You assume indifference

But that is where you\'re wrong

I am quite different.

Different, but not from you

How little, in difference we are

yet between us lies a sea

with waves of different walks

We don\'t walk different.

We walk the same, yet

I fear you\'ll walk a different street

And interfering dissidence

of non-indifferent traffic

makes crossing rather arduous

Of this, I am not indifferent.

Of this, I am of hate.
