Make haste, O God, to help me here
Save me, soon unto me appear
Let them be ashamed, confounded
Who grievous words to me have said
Let them be put to confusion
They who desire my hurt, each one
Turn back those who scorn me and frustrate
Their plans, come help me, be not late
Let all those that seek you rejoice
O God, and be glad with one voice
Let such as love your salvation
Give praise to you from each nation
Let them continually say
Let God be magnified each day
But I am poor and needy, see
