Life and limb, prayerful sin,
On bays of water, drowning thin.
My breath is gone, my dreams a song,
The beat a heart, of creative art.
Alas the love of memory, dies in seas of remedy,
And sleep will find peace within,
As whispered shadows of the wind.
Their smile it fades, like spring time days,
The sun a flame, the clouds will rain,
Upon the marble here it sits,
Around the black a void remised.
The universe so vast, the lights of all creations past.
And sight will sigh, as stars will die.
And candles burn in mortal yearn,
My love, a kiss, I gently turn, towards your life and spirit here I do discern.
