Once I went to a baseball game
My view wasn’t very good what a shame
Yet I still could hear the crack of the bat
A very loud and echoing one at that
I could still hear the crowd roar
After each home run they wanted more
I could feel the stadium shake
“Calm down will you? For goodness sake!”
I could taste the cracker jacks and peanuts
Though they often made everyone sick to their guts
Once I went to a baseball game
The atmosphere made up for the lack of sight, I enjoyed it all the same
