The Storm Within the Breeze
When
the shadow of a dark cloud
falls upon your shoulders
and there is no escape,
do not wish the rain away;
instead,
imagine a breeze
that might, this very moment,
arrive
and stir a storm—
trembling, roaring,
shattering the night’s stillness.

سایۀ ابر شوم
بر شانههایت نشست
،و گریزی نیست
آرزو مکن
که باران نبارد؛
بلکه
به نسیمی فکر کن
،که شاید، همین لحظه
از راه رسد
و با خود
