Now that’s what I call Jazz!
Onto the stage they came,
Burst into a tune
Then took that tune away,
Away to places of wonder.
Bringing new music to life
As they extended each tune
Into a place it hadn’t been before.
New notes for us all,
The tune returned
And was then taken further.
Further to another place
That brough such joy to me
As I just sat listened and tapped,
Tapped my feet,
Swayed my head,
And drummed my fingers
To the absolute wonder
That the band brought to me.
Now that’s what I call Jazz!
