Will stolen, secret, glances catch her sight?
A movement to move her in his embrace.
Unpolished diamond - he will do alright -
The treasures saved: tissues from dates in place.
Their bond unbounded by the oceans deep,
Storms swirling and surging will find some peace,
And yet...the seas will fall and fall. We keep
Thriving this bounty; it will never cease.
The plates will change and fold, opening books,
And planting trees, that will attract the guests
And spoil the fruits, bending into the brooks.
In time, shadows cover the load from quests,
Unbroken branches, and the roots spread wide,
A budding sapling wishes to be eyed.
