The British Royal Navy is in a bit of a fix,

It\'s now Whittled away and a bit of a mess.
So the New Navy Handbook is worthy of note;
With the Prophetic fine title: \'Three Men In a Boat\'.
So break out the Water Bikes , Pedalos with shame;
These Vessels are welcome, if the Balloon goes up again.
