Selfish in heaven

Oh my dear woman,
My heart is in heaven.
Your ladder of love
Has helped me to reach it.
Your virtue lays the foundation,
Your purity is the bricks,
Your innocence keeps the ladder strong.

But
I am the monster,
Breaking every stone,
Leaving the steps crumbling,
Just to reach my heights,
Never looking back.

My heart is in heaven,
But do I deserve to be in heaven?
