We wake up.
Most make up our bed.
then make coffee.
It\'s an easy peaceful routine.
... but if you try to take our amendments,
you\'ll be met with an AR-15.
250 years ago,
in 1776,
a bunch of farmers said,
I don\'t care if the sun never sets on your empire;
not one little bit.
That goes for your king,
and all you loyalists and lobster back, red coat brits.
... and we\'ve been growing ever since.
(Sigh)... Now we\'re hitting a landmark:
America 250.
Now is when we need to stay the coarse more than ever,
when the waters seem to be shifty.
We can either let our country turn,
and watch our democracy burn,
and sit back and watch idly mild,
or we can do what Americans were made to do,
and defend our amendments,
because America was born to be wild.
