Your darkness holds my fear,
because ...,
it doesn\'t allow me to see
what stands in front of me.
Be brave you say,
oh no, i think that i\'ll just stay,
but then how will i ever see the light that is sure
to come beyond this dark fear?
So then i walk...,
not fast, but carefully, i will step thru your darkness,
still a coward.
i will step and step again into my fear that i hold so near
and dear to this blackness.
I will step without courage, i will stay afraid
as i walk thru this dark pathway,
never knowing but always hopeing
to see the light...,
because, i love you God
