You can’t force something that’s not meant to happen. If you do, you’ll find it brings no satisfaction. You can’t force people to stay in your life who are showing you that they’re not all in; and if you do? It will cause pain. A tough life lesson. You can’t rush things to happen in your time. Leaving it in His hands means we understand that we will be just fine. You can’t rush love. That’s not how that works. Love takes much time and effort from both. Rushing it causes deep rooted hurt. Everything takes time and we are taught that we need everything right now. But in His word you read over and over again that it’s His timing, His when, and His how. While we are waiting we’re called to be His followers; to speak kindly to others; to do what we can. To live while we’re here; be there for our fellow woman or man. To do our best to work out what it is we can’t agree on; to understand we are human and that we will at times get it wrong. You can’t rush God’s timing; so don’t even try; so go on and give it your all at living your best life.
