I walk alone in the shadows of
indifference; my soul as bare as
desert sands blistered by the
Sun\'s wrath!
All premonitions once uttered
have returned to haunt my guilty
conscience. Like a sorcerer, whose
once fertile spells, have now
turned against him in his
incompetent old age!
I have fled from even myself;
these foreign fields of some lost
dimension, my eyes have never
graced!
Lost - to even myself; what strange
sensations fall upon me now as I stare
into some cold, blank face!
Beyond help! Slow suicide
administered without even an
outward cry for pity!
I care not to shed a tear nor bleed
for myself, lest I mock my very
actions; consequences of my own
free will!
Deadly Karma, embrace me
again. Pierce me with your
innocence, so I may pay for my
sins.
You prayed for an illusion
but found tarnished dreams;
if you continue to hold something
sacred, prepare to witness reality
come apart at the seams!
Life is the great tragedy and
we are the victims who laugh at
ourselves for ever having played
our suicidal parts!
Did we even have a choice?!
