Shake Me and Finally Wake Me

Embodied anarchy
reflects, blinding,
from our gaze,
painting reality
distorted into
our minds.

This kingdom of madness
strikes our eyes,
where the manifestation
of insanity almost
touches genius.

Here, where
the fire of death burns
through hard,
cracking earth,
misleading us onto
this highway of life,
calling softly,
longingly, our name,
erasing words
into whispers
in the wind

Those rusted words
of loathsome realism
fall from your lips
making clichés
sound
seductively beautiful
as promises break
between the lines
dragging the meaning
of spoken words
into a bottomless well

with your gaze,
you split
your cracking
cloned reflections

I feel you drill into my mind
trying to control my thoughts
you mask sincerity
behind your emotionless gaze
making me believe in you

Your speech forms words
that my mind
still cannot
accept as yours

We are liars and deceivers
clones of our own reflections
with shining reflective opposites
as from within us rises
indifference
with emotions split by cracks
dropping everything egoistic
into the monologic abyss of the mind

Finally leaving us
to lie
on the ground,
loudly groaning

Could someone just shake
and finally
wake me?
