i love to walk the shore beneath the moon so bright
stars shining all around lighting up the night
clouds like sheets of silk they go floating by
gentle as can be in the midnight sky
i sit and watch the tide coming home once more
rolling wild and free all along the shore
the beauty of the night i just love to see
