Still haven\'t learned to understand death.

Still haven’t learned to understand death.

Still haven’t learned to understand death.

Lost a friend along the way, now there is nothing left,

Of the stories we told on a non-regular basis.

Strangers faces disappear into empty spaces.

The memories we hold are clearly hollow.

They are gone to the never.

We are still fighting the follow.

Still no idea of how still life becomes,

When all is said and done.

Are we old enough, or way to young,

To be falling like flies on the fifth day of their lives?

Surely they deserve more time to acclimatize.

But time is all we have,

And it is truly finite.

Try as I might, I might never find the might, to keep on fighting.

In this great abyss, I miss many people.

Had a long list, but I threw it away because that was yesterday.

Memories are all we have of them now,

And old worn out pictures of their youthful face.
