My soul, wait you only
On God, wait silently
He is my defence, I not be
Moved, but remain firmly
In God my salvation
Be, and in Christ His Son
He the rock of my srength, refuge
Gives confidence, courage
My refuge in God be
For He my keeper, see
Trust in Him at all times, people
Pour heart out to Him full
He a strong refuge be
Here I abide freely
Under His wing here I do trust
Though I man, made of dust
