As a little boy...

with the patience
of a saint named Job, I relished
doing jigsaw puzzles
to engage body, mind, and spirit
after which my multi-
talented polymath father purposely fashioned
the pieces to remain glued together

whereat giddy excitement
muscled and coursed itself
thru these lovely bones

and thus yours
truly doth ponder
if that challenge viable
and stubby fingers pliable

plus unsure if insight
resident in my mind
to judge at a glance
immediately how identifiable
a tab might fit -
snug as a bug in a rug
id est corresponds
with respective blank,
slot, socket, or hole
and fits like a glove
as a perfectly viable alternative
to supplement my
social security disability income
of course adequate space
would rank as
a premium necessity
within the four walls
of this one bedroom apartment
analogous to the crowded house
formerly located at 324 Level Road
Collegeville, Pennsylvania, 19426

when built ~1910
intended as a spacious
summer getaway for the Leiper Family,
whose demesne included
approximately one hundred acres
of woodland similarly
linkedin to the tract
occupied by Winnie-the-Pooh

which estate I spent
most of my growing up years
originally called Glen Elm
but when parcel

reduced to a metaphorical
half-dozen acres,
cause most of the original property
slated to be partitioned

viz Donald J. Neilson
a prominent local
Montgomery County
real estate owner, broker,
and developer
who operated Neilson Real Estate,

and rather than just selling
a piece of land
to the Gambone Brothers,
Donald Neilson and his family
ranked as major contemporary
real estate players
in the Lower Providence
and Arcola areas,
in the late 1960s and 1970s,
the Gambone Brothers
acquired substantial
parcels of land
in the Arcola/
Lower Providence region
to build extensive
residential communities—
including the Twin Bridge development
and nearby subdivisions like Heatherwood

populated with vinyl city.

Now as an older man
and not so self assured
a small, medium, and large
gentle idea harangues
curiosity of this bard
insatiable curiousity to Google
my first, middle and last name
Matthew Scott Harris
this bloke with good humor
who sometimes acts
like a ham
equips anonymous reader ad hoc
and doth exercise his gray matter
temporarily wielding cerebral might
analogous (being the Mister
Schwenksville scribe)
similar to how
Joe Sixpack gets abs cured

by bench - pressing
after affixing strong
workout belt to gird
until his/her definition
of desired musculature occurred.
