The Figure

“Hey, Night!” I yell to you across the hall.

“Yeah?” you say back.

“What’s the next class? Do you know?” I asked while walking towards you.

“Yeah, I think we have math.”

We run to the next class hoping were not late. Then a figure swiftly glides out of a room and stuns me with its eyeless glare.

“What’s wrong?” you asked me.

Then you looked back and see nothing.

The figure gets closer and closer. My knees grow weak and I fall to the ground.

Then the darkness over comes the world leaving me blind.

“Jesse?! Jesse, you okay?!” I hear you yell.

But I can’t see anything now.

I feel myself shiver and sweat.

What is going on I ask myself.

When I awake I bright light shines on my rapped body.

“He’s gaining consciousness.” Says a woman.

My eyes feel weak then I look to my left to see a frightening site.

The Figure.
