It only had one working headlight so
Had earned the name of Cyclops, that one-eyed
Fabled dreadful monster; though in truth beside
That creature it was tame. It seemed to know
A thing or two as well, for it would stow
All sorts of garbage tucked away inside;
So that its master\'d drag a can \'longside
To empty it at times of overflow.

What was it caused the car to masquerade
As if \'twas some old dumpster? That the poor
Young fellow was thus on occasion plagued?
