Sometimes im prince Charles
Sometimes im john wayne
When they see me coming they all say lookout
Here he comes again
It may seem funny
But it costs the nhs a hell of a lot money in pills
To keep me sane
When i go to the chemist to pick them up
They all try and hide
They now im nuts
But have decreased my medication because of the costs its all
Those bloody goverment cuts I
