Caged Dissonance

Tonight a mournful weep

 From distant flailing heart

A bird within his keep

 Lyrical hymn of harp,

\"Set me free, friend,

from this wired wall,

 To me be, lend

Heed  to my call.\"

Caged dissonance begs retreat

From this his winged requiem,

To pique my own hidden bleat

In refrain, again, again.

Oh that warbling mystery,

Serenades of misery,

Some day lock key me to stray,

Release this caged bird of pray.
