The contact in my toes, as time froze is all i will ever know.
Running from my demon, my lover like no other.
The hatred was held in the hands i called a home, unknown to the world of any other.
Who knew it would end this way, spasms on the floor, barley reaching that open door.
A rock so small held so much power, to make me fall quick that the 9/11 towers.
So minuscule to sight, but deadly at ones mite, all i could do was try to fight.
Who knew i would be ended so close to my freedom, what has he done?
Contact on contact, i was too afraid to look back, but he wasn’t, not to stab me in the back.
There was nothing but a crack and a gasp and a clunk, and then my body sunk,
Deep into the darkness of death, was this all because of a debt?
The electrical passage ways in my brain were the cause of my pain,
Panicking under the sudden contact, my brain beginning to go whack.
Foaming like a rabid dog, my body shook and rattled, my brain decided “i’ll lose this battle”,
Subjected to the choice of his, anger coursing through his veins, was this really his wish?
The tapping of boots on a freshly polished floor, were the last things i could ever adore,
Before death decided to come, and welcome me through heavens golden doors.
Love and hate is no mistake, unless you accept the wrong fate.
