Monday Showers

Bubbling, consuming it’s overwhelming,

too much,

and bleed out,

I cry and cry until theres nothing left,

blood and tears

swirling down the drain

comfortably numb,

the water runs clear, I step out,

I wipe the mirror and practice a smile,

my skin burns, it’s comforting,

I am okay,
