As my soul is torn to pieces
I will become the night

That you tried so hard to keep
If you\'d only know love was enough
Then maybe you\'d find peace
The woman sat in tears
Will be the final heart you break
As her smile slips away
Your pain must replicate her ache
Now baby eyes stare at me
In a girl that\'s filled with hope

Of that your daddy could not touch
The world is painted beautifully
