Psalm 68 v.18 - 35 parts
********
1. You, LORD, ascended high
But still to us nigh
Led captivity captive
Your people, they live
You received gifts for men
E\'en for rebellious then
That you might with them dwell
Then they shall fare well
2. Blessed be the Lord who does
Gives benefits [to] us
Daily loads us with grace
His mercies we trace
He God of salvation
E\'en our God, each nation
Who shall in Him believe
New life does receive
3. In procession, sure and strong
We praise all day long
Singers, instruments employed
Your presence enjoyed
Timbrels, young, old, girls, biys
Free from all sins alloys
All bless God, mighty throng
Whole congregation
4. \'Midst the tribes is Benjamin
Rulers, princes therein
Judah\'s council, Zebulun
Naphtali, each one
Sings forth His praises bold
No heart be tepid, cold
For God your strength commands
Guides with His sure hands
5. Sing to God, kingdoms of earth
Give Him His true worth
Praise Him, who rides upon
The heavens, the one
Who mighty voice out sends
Though He to His sheep tends
To Him now strength ascribe
A free-flowing tide
6. His excellency is o\'er
Israel evermore
His strength is in the clouds
Praise Him, great, aloud
You, O God, terrible
You do wonders aweful
Holy, you strength and power
Your people endower
