My sunshine only sunshine

• You are my sunshine my only sunshine

  O how I miss you
  Humming this tune
  
  My chest just rumbles
  With memories of you
  
  Your body lay on me
  Your breath I consume
   
  The peace I never noticed
  The joy you would bring
  
  Then you showed me
  This unconditional thing
  
  My heart beats stronger
  I\'m finding my feet
  
  For this I\'m thankful
  A never ending lift.

  As I miss you
  Writing this down
  
  My chest fills up
  With emotions unfound
  
  Your head lay upon me
  Our hearts beat in time
  
  The guidance you give
  The balance of mind
  
  I\'d still be lost if you\'d
  Not entered my life.
  
  The wisdom you teach
  These lessons you bring
  
  This challenge I\'ll take
  To be what you see
