I was reading about chemicals particles in plastic bottles, getting mixed into the water we drink , while I was drinking water from a plastic bottle.
I was thinking of these tiny things in the air, or soil, or products that influence us without us, even knowing, while we touch or sniff in from our nozzle.
“Don’t be paranoiac” you may say… “you can’t live in a sterile balloon. That which doesn’t kill you, strengthening you”
I’m still observing this…. those tiny things that get into our bodymind, accumulate, and change us from within, as they penetrate our skin and cross through.
