Morning constitutional imagination
(or in the WC, inspiration comes to me)
A Morning constitutional, such an amusing used phrase,
For your daily motion, and an opposite wall gaze.
What thoughts are explored, when completing this task,
Some hoping their partners,have done jobs that they\'ve asked.
For me during this, not very enjoyable time,
Is where word and phrase, come always to mind.
For my wife during her time, as she\'s sat on the pot,
She\'ll think of the tasks, I have done, or have not.
When I enter that small room, and sit down on my throne,
In my left hand a newspaper, in my right an iPhone.
This place is my solace, a place for my own,
Imagination is found and my poetry born.
So when tomorrow comes, and you visit that room,
I hope you\'ll use that time, for a poetry boom...
