Hearbs & Spices ! A tip if you tend to OVERSEASON.
Before you set your guests on fire (and before you
blend your soup) strain off the liquor and taste it !
Is it\'s too HOT~ freeze some of the liquor (for next
time) and replace it with water ~ OK
