It\'s Okay

I don\'t know just where to start, but it is really from the heart.

Something awfully wrong is going on inside of me.

There are days that I am mad, and others where I\'m sad.

I\'m just not the person whom I\'m supposed to be.

Kids bully me at school, as I try to learn the rule.

Why don\'t you check yourself and please go down and see,

They kick me to the ground when no one is around.

Can\'t you see the stress, turmoil and yes depravity?

I need to find a way for someone just to say,

Or just hold me close and tell me \"It\'s Okay!\"

I know my life\'s not right, I see no end in sight.

I\'ll just have to figure out things on my own.

There is no real rush, not even for a crush.

It will finally make sense when I am grown.

You know that I\'ve tried, and many times cried.

I\'ll clear my head, sort it out and prioritize.

There\'s no easy way for me to say I\'m gay.

In a reflection of my past look back and realize.

I need for you to say in a warm and loving way,

That \"I love you and yes love, It\'s Okay!\"
