As Earth and sun come to pass, daylight creeps upon the sea
Ocean waves return its shine; a gift to show it has been seen
And gifts bestowed from those below emit a glow like ocean\'s gleam
For growth provoked of sunshine\'s gift of light is all Earth\'s forests need
And upon life, the sun grants sight, and if it could speak
It would say, \"all I need is something I can see\"
Leaves then grow and branches weave as sunbeams bathe the canopies
And blossoms burst in vibrancy toward something for which they can reach
As flowers, vines, and petals stretch toward all for which they\'d ever seek
The sun drifts by and probably thinks, \"oh, what a sight to see!\"
