How the times have changed
Photographs an essential part
The stories of yesterday
From long ago faces
Historic events
At now famous places
Pictures of this
And pictures of that
Listen if you will
To the face that stares back
Everyday life
Far different than today
The hardships that used to be
A photograph will say
We owe so much to the
Camera and photograph
Historic images
That made us cry or laugh
Where would we be today
Without this grand invention
We’d have forgotten
Of anything to mention
