I\'LL LET YOU KNOW

John\'s Memoir

He appeared out of nowhere it seemed.

Asked us to follow him, knew not where.

We were fishermen, my brother and I,

Of a family and friends so engaged.

Just abandon it all and walk away?

Something about him, we couldn\'t say no.

We wandered far and wide, our numbers grew

Until there were twelve of us, not counting her.

You\'ve already heard how this story ends;

Quite badly for us all, including him.

Was it worth it, would I do it again?

I\'ll let you know when I see where it goes.
